The Daily: NHL 23 Sims Bedard’s Blackhawks Entire Career
Even EA Sports has gotten into the Chicago Blackhawks-Connor Bedard bonanza. As a longtime player of this series going back to my middle school years, this immediately catches my attention.
For those who actually devote time to the Be-A-GM mode, it’s confirmed that Bedard is listed as a franchise player. So when they simmed his career, here’s how a it all played out. Not too shabby.

Bedard’s Virtual Blackhawks Career Stocked With Hardware
If indeed his real numbers would mirror these, Bedard would go down as one of the all-time greats. Of course, it’s a fun sim, no different than Tankathon, which wasn’t exactly as accurate as things turned out. Then again, EA did have Pittsburgh winning the Cup in its pre-season simulation. But three Stanley Cups, four Harts, and two Rocket Richard awards for being the league’s top scorer–sign up any Hawks fan for that type of career.
If it comes even within a few hundred points of this simulation, Chicago fans will be over the moon.
