Vegas Hockey Now scribe Dan Kingerski points out that Vegas didn’t capitalize on its chances when they accrued, ultimately dooming them. Now the series heads back and is still commanding enough to be a five-game finish. Yet another Dallas win, this time on the road, would certainly shift some pressure Vegas’ way.
Regardless, it’s a good thing there will be hockey on Saturday.
Meanwhile Florida Waits
The schedule for the Stanley Cup Final was released and the Panthers won’t start until next Wednesday at the earliest. But if Vegas falls again, the Final won’t start until June 3, which will give Florida about a week and a half to recover.
