The Daily: Ryan Johansen to Colorado; NHL Trade Rumors

Published

on

It’s just three days out from the NHL Draft and the trade rumors are now becoming reality. Philly Hockey Now reports on how Kevin Hayes and other players are close to being acquired from St. Louis. Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman also reported that while that deal goes through its cycle, there are others involving the Flyers, too:

General manager Danny Briere is certainly keeping busy in the city of Brotherly Love.  Meanwhile, the Colorado Avalanche made a deal to snag Ryan Johansen from the Nashville Predators. The former analyzes the deal from Colorado Hockey Now’s vantage point while the latter sees it through Nashville Hockey Now’s perspective.

Maybe ESPN’s John Buccigross has probably the best tweet of all:

Get ready for some busy days ahead.
