Gotta See It: Taylor Hall registers his 700th NHL point
Chasing the game in the first period, Chicago Blackhawks forward Taylor Hall jumped on a loose puck in the offensive zone.
For the Blackhawks, this was a big goal to get them back to within one against the Canucks, but for Hall this goal was even bigger.
Taylor Hall registered his 700th NHL Point off of his first period goal.
Hall, who was drafted first overall in 2010, registered his 700th point in his 848 NHL game.

Taylor Hall, 32, is in his 15th NHL Season. So far in his career, Hall has played for six different NHL teams, the Edmonton Oilers, New Jersey Devils, Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Arizona Coyotes and Blackhawks.
Hall’s stop in Chicago technically is his shortest home to date due to him missing last season with an injury.
In 17 games with the Blackhawks, Hall has registered 4 goals, 3 assists and seven points. Last season, it looked like Hall was going to be a mainstay on the Hawks top line with Connor Bedard – and there is still time for the two to play together this year.
Tonight, Hall finds himself on the second line alongside Andreas Athanasiou and Tyler Bertuzzi. Hall’s best offensive season came in 2017-18 when with the New Jersey Devils he registered 39 goals and 93 points in 76 games. Hall ended up winning the Hart Trophy that season.
The Blackhawks may not be Hall’s longest tenured stop in his career, but with a long season still ahead there is still a chance he can make Chicago a stop to remember.
